Terms of Use

These terms cover the website getcaptain.ai and what you can do on it: read about Captain, book a demo, subscribe to the newsletter and apply for a role. They are an agreement between Ask Captain Inc. ("Captain", "we", "us") and you as a visitor. The Captain platform itself is provided only under a signed agreement with the customer, and that agreement, not this page, governs the platform, its data and its fees.

1. What the site is for

The site describes Captain, an AI workforce for automotive dealers and OEMs. Nothing on it is an offer or a promise of results. Case studies and figures describe specific deployments at specific customers; what Captain does for you depends on your funnel, your channels and your team, and is set out in your agreement with us.

2. Forms on the site

When you book a demo, subscribe or apply, you give us accurate information about yourself and agree that we may contact you about your request. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy at getcaptain.ai/privacy, which is part of these terms. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

3. Using the site

You may use the site for its intended purpose. You may not scrape it, probe or overload it, interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others.

4. Content and trademarks

The text, design, images, video and code of the site belong to Captain or its licensors. Captain and the Captain mark are trademarks of Ask Captain Inc. The names and logos of the dealers and manufacturers shown on the site belong to their owners and appear only to identify real deployments; their use here is not an endorsement beyond what the case itself says.

5. Links and third-party services

The site links to and uses services we do not control, such as LinkedIn and the tools that process our forms. Their terms and privacy notices apply to them.

6. No warranty and limits of liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it is accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes about the site go to the state or federal courts located there.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of it.
